窝沟封闭材料防治老年根龋1年临床效果

摘　　要：目的：考察窝沟封闭剂涂布老年根龋后的临床效果。方法：选用光固化窝沟封闭剂Ｃｏｎｃｉｓｅ作实验材料、国产玻璃离子作对照，对６０岁以上老年患者、临床诊断为活动性根龋牙进行封闭治疗。结果：１年时，封闭剂的涂膜保留率为７８．５７％，玻璃离子的保留率为６３．７３％，相差有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：Ｃｏｎｃｉｓｅ封闭剂防治老年根龋临床效果良好。Objective: To investigate the clinical results of pit and fissure sealants in prevention and treatment of root caries in elderly patients. Methods: The Light-cured sealant Concise was used to seal root caries and compared with the glass polyalkenoate cement(made in china)in control. Results: after 1 year, the retention rate is 78.57%for sealant Concise, and the 63.73%for glass polyalkenoate cement. There were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions: The clinical results of sealant Concise for prevention and treatment of root caries in elderly patients are well.
