摘　　要：目的分析放射治疗对鼻咽癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法收集1999年2月至2000年2月50例初治鼻咽低分化鳞癌病例 ,于放疗前及放疗结束时用流式细胞仪进行外周血淋巴细胞和自然杀伤细胞检测 ,比较两者免疫功能状况。结果50例患者放疗后CD4/CD8、CD19的均值比放疗前明显降低(P<0.001) ,而CD56的均值变化不大(P>0.05)。结论放射治疗可使鼻咽癌患者的免疫功能明显下降 ,尤其是CD4/CD8Objective To analyze the variance of immune function between preradiotherapy and post_radiotherapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Methods To collect 50 fresh samples of the untreated nasopharyngeal poor differentiated squamous carcinoma,and detect the CD4/CD8,CD19and CD56 by flow cytometry(FCM) before and after radiotherapy,then compare their test values.Results CD4/CD8 ratio and CD19 value decrease after radiotherapy,P<0.001,and CD56 value was invariable,P>0.05.Conclusions The radiotherapy can reduce the immune function of NPC patients,especially expression of the CD4/CD8 and CD19.
