摘　　要：为探讨教学保障社会化改革 ,本文阐述了解放思想转变观念 ,调动改革的积极性 ;调整体制减轻负担 ,提高办事效率和质量 ;引进社会化保障机制 ,坚持保障的特色标准 ;To inquire into the innovation of the teaching ensure socialization, it is expounded in this article that the liberating the mind and changing the idea, mobilizing innovating enthusiasm; regulating the system and lightening the weight, increasing the work efficiency and quality; indraughting the socializing ensure mechanism, keeping the characteristic standard of the ensure; the experience should be provide for the innovation of the teaching ensure socialization.
