摘　　要：目的:探讨联合化疗合并放疗治疗肺癌所致上腔静脉综合征（SVCS）的临床疗效。方法:本组25例经病理证实肺癌患者先联合化疗后采用直线加速器放射治疗,放疗结束3～4周再加强1疗程化疗。同时配合消炎、利尿、抗凝等综合治疗。结果:CR9例,PR11例,总有效率80.0％。中位缓解时间11.5个月。结论:综合治疗肺癌所致SVCS,能提高患者的临床疗效。Objective:To evaluate the curative effects of radiotherapy and combined chemotherapy in patients with the superior vena caval syndrome(SVCS) of lung carcinoma.'Methods: 25 cases of lung carcinoma were treated with 'chemo- radio-chemo' . All patients received one cycle of combined chemotherapy before radiotherapy, and the patients received 3-4 cycles of combined chemotherapy 3-4 weeks after radiotherapy. Meantime the patients received diuretic, anticoagulant and antibiotic, etc. ResultsL:The overall response rates (CR+ PR) were 80% (CR 9/25, PR 11/25), with a mean survival duration of 11.5 months.
