摘 要:目的 :通过定性和定量的方法研究正畸牙齿移动牙周膜 (PDL)血管变化的规律。方法 :2 1只大耳白兔随机分成 7组。光镜下观察兔正畸牙PDL血管的形态和分布特征。应用血管灌注和图像分析方法研究PDL血管密度和面积的变化。结果 :压力侧和张力侧PDL血管变化规律不同。经图像分析压力侧PDL血管密度和面积高峰值在受力后第 7天出现 ,分别为 2 7个 /mm2 和 710 2 1.0 0 μm2 ,张力侧高峰值出现在受力后的第 14天 ,分别为 2 8个 /mm2 和 91339.44 μm2 。结论 :在正畸力作用下 ,牙齿压力侧和张力侧PDL血管发生一系列变化 ,变化规律与牙周组织骨改建周期一致。Objective:To study the effects of vascular changes in periodontal ligament (PDL) of orthodontic tooth movement during the reconstruction of periodontal tissues(PDT). Methods: 21 rabbits were randomly divided into 7 groups.The features of PDL vascular pattern and distribution of all rabbits were observed with light microscope, vascular perfusion and computerized image analysis were used in investigating the changes of the vascular density and area. Results:The vessel changes were different between pressure side and tension side.The peak values( 27/mm 2 and 71 021.00μm 2 ) of vascular density and area within the pressure side occurred on the 7th day.The peak values of vascular density and area within the tension side occurred on the 14th day and were 28/mm 2 and 91 339.44μm 2, respectively.Conclusions:The vessels within PDL changed after asserting orthodontic force. The change patterns were consistent with the period of PDT reconstruction.
