摘　　要：目的 :探讨SPECT定位小剂量γ -刀对原发性难治性癫痫的治疗效果。方法 :对 11例原发性难治性癫痫患者用上法进行治疗。结果 :大发作的 9例中治疗后不再发作 5例 ,占 5 5 6 % ;1年 4个月后 ,停止发作 8例 ,占 88 9% ;2例以失神性发作为主 ,间歇有大发作的治疗效果欠佳。结论 :用SPECT定位 ,小剂量γ -刀对癫痫灶照射治疗 ,特别是对大发作的治疗效果好 ,值得进一步研究。Objective:To probe into the curative effects of curing the primary epilepsy and intractable epilepsy by using SPECT with fixed position and Gamma knife with minor dose Methods:Eleven cases of the primary epilepsy and intractable epilepsy were treated by above method Results:Five of nine cases with the grand mal (55 6%) don't recur After one year and four months,the percentage of the cases that don't recur was 88 9% and the curative effects of 2 cases which were mainly absence seizure with intermittent grand mal was not so good Conclusion:So the curative effects of curing primary epilepsy and intractable epilepsy,by irradiating the epileptogentic focus using the SPECT with fixed position snd Gamma knife with minor dose,is very good,especially for the grand mal and it is worth making further researches \;
