摘　　要：本文指出测量平面度误差 ,尽管每个节点是独立测量的 ,但每个节点和开始点的高度差并不是独立的 ,且都是测量值 L的函数 .最好的方法是采用相关法进行计算 .The paper points out that the difference between the start point and each pitch is not independent,though each pitch is measured independently,and all of them are the function of measured value L. So the correlation calculating is a better way.It can be also used to calculate straight lineness error accurately.
