摘　　要：当前经济的发展提出了保险管理信息化与保险管理变革的要求。论述了中国保险业在管理方面应研究的主要问题。对保险风险从承保和投资两个方面进行了分析。基于保险管理问题 ,对保险管理信息系统的基本功能和结构进行了分析和设计 。To adapt to the recent economic growth the insurance management should be innovated through the application of information technology.This paper studies the main problems in the insurance management in China .The insurance risks are analysed from the two aspects:underwriting and investment.Based on the insurance management,the basic function and the structure of the insurance management information system are designed,and then its implementing method is presented
