摘　　要：从加强高等学校党的领导方式就必须认真正确地坚持民主集中制原则 ,改进高等学校党的工作机制就要建立健全选拔领导人才的有效机制 ,优化领导人才成长的外部环境 ,就必须加强党员和干部的作风建设等诸方面 ,结合学院工作实际 ,探讨新时期加强和改进高等学校党的领导体制和工作机制的方法与思路。This paper presents some approaches to strengthening and perfecting the Party's Leadership structure and the operating mechanism in colleges and universities. The authors argue that in order to perform the work of the party building well, build up a perfect system for selecting cadres and optimize the external environment for healthy growth of leaders,the principles of democratic centralism must be observed, the operating mechanism must be perfected and the working style of leaders and Party members must be improved.
