大拂康治疗真菌性角膜溃疡40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨大拂康治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效。方法：采用 0. 2％大拂康对 40例真菌性角膜溃疡根据不同病情给予静脉注射、结膜下注射及局部点眼，并与 36例 0. 1克霉唑结膜囊持续点眼组对照观察。结果：大拂康治疗组与克霉唑对照组治愈率有显著性差异 (P<0. 005，校正χ 2检验 )。结论：大佛康治疗真菌性角膜溃疡疗效优于克霉唑。Objective: To study the effectiveness of diflucan on fungicidal keratohelcosis. Methods: 40 cases of fungicidal keratohelcosis have been trated with diflucan,either intravenous injection or drop. 36 cases of control group were treated with miconazole. Results: There was a dramatic difference between the effectiveness in the two groups (P<0.005).Conclusions:Diflucan is more powerful than miconazole on the treatment of fungicidal keratohelcosis.
