摘　　要：笔者总结了门诊 14 6例下唇糜烂患者与护理相关的临床资料 ,认为患者沉重心理负担如焦虑、敏感、自卑、恐惧等直接影响临床疗效。通过心理护理、专科护理、日常生活知识指导等护理措施 ,患者身心得到良好康复。To study the nursing of the patientswith lower lip erosion, the clinical related data of 146 cases was summed up and discussed. The results showed that patients' abnormal psychological manifestations such as anxiety, susceptibility, inferiority and trepidation formed ill effects on clinical therapy. Psychological and professional nursing and following up were effective methods to assist their recovery.
