摘　　要：通过对 18例四肢恶性肿瘤病人施行瘤体骨灭活再植术的护理 ,提出心理护理对恶性肿瘤患者很重要 ;通过观察患者手术后体温 ,伤口渗液的颜色、量 ,切口局部有无红肿 ,伤口负压引流是否通畅 ,患肢末梢血液循环是否良好 ,以及化疗药物的不良反应 ,有针对性的加强护理 ,以确保手术获得预期效果。Retrospective summarization of nursing 18 patients with extremity malignant tumor inactivation and replantation was conducted in this paper. The authors argue that the psychological nursing is key to malignant tumor patients. After operation, the nursing should be posed on the observation of body temperature and wounds, including color and quantity of ooze in the cuts. Meanwhile, importance should be attached to whether it gets red and swelled, whether the negative pressure drainage is smooth and whether the blood peripheral circulation in the diseased extremity is normal. Prevention and observation of the toxicity of chemotherapy also helps in the operation. After operation, early active movement and function training of the diseased limbs are a key to the function recovery.
