中药关木通肾毒性及抵制其肾毒性的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药关木通配伍和改变制剂方法后 ,其肾毒性的改变情况。方法 :将关木通分别水煮和醇提 ,及配伍生地、甘草并醇提 ,给大鼠灌胃 6d后 ,检测肾功能变化 ,在光镜、电镜下观察肾脏的组织学变化。结果 :水煮关木通组的肾功能最差 ,肾脏的病理变化也最大 ;醇提关木通组肾功能轻度异常 ,肾脏的病理变化较水煮组轻微 ;关木通配伍并醇提组肾功能几乎正常 ,肾脏的病理改变也轻微。结论 :关木通醇提。Objective:To investigate the Chinese Traditionnal Traditional Medicine Akebia stem's manchurian dutchmanspipe stem's kidney toxicity by making up medicing medicine or changing process produce method. Methods: Having boiled by water?extractedby extracted by alcohol or made up Adhesive Rehnamnia Rehmannia dride rhizome?Liquorice root which extracted by alcohol, Akebia stem manchurian dutchmanspipe stem was sausaged to rats. After six days,to test kidney function ?tissue's changes under photon and electon electron microscope. Results: Water boiling teams'kidney function is was worst and its pathological changes are most; alcohol extracting team's kidney function is was a little abnormal and its pathological changes are were less than water boiling team; making up medicine team's kidney function is mormal normal and its pathological changes are were a little. Conclusion: Akebia stem's manchurian dutchmanspipe stem's kidney toxicity are were lightened or resisted when extracted by alcohol?or making up Rehmannia dride rhizome?Liquorice root adding to make up some kidney funtion is worst and its pathological changes are most;Chinese Traditonal Medicine.
