提高甲硝唑注射液澄明度的技术措施及效果

摘　　要：目的:研究提高甲硝唑注射液澄明度的技术措施。方法:将应用措施生产的甲硝哇注射液作为实验组,未用措施组作为对照组,照卫生部《注射剂澄明度检查法》检查二组甲硝唑注射液澄明度。结果:应用措施组澄明度合格率为97.933％,未用措施组澄明度合格率为93％。结论:照检查法规定判断,应用措施组澄明度符合规定且高于规定2.933％。objective: Techno-Measure through Improving Clarity of Metronidazole Injection. Method: Using Techno-Measure making Metronidazole Injection as Experiment Group, and using non-Techno-Measure making Metronidazole Injection as comparision Group,Comply the Specification of Ministry of Public Health. 《Clarity of Injection》,Examing the clarity, of two group Metronidazole Injection. Results: the clarity ratio using techno-measure group up to 97. 933% ,the clarity ratio using Non-techno-measure group up to 93%. Conclusion: Judgement by 《claritg of Injection》,the clarity of Techno-Measure group Comply law with the Specification and ratio is 2. 933% higher than usual.
