眼底血证的现代中西医治疗

摘　　要：笔者将眼科血证概括为出血性眼病和缺血性眼病及其相关临床表现,祖国医学对于前者因出血暴发致盲称暴 盲;对于后者因缺血日久致盲称青盲,均马现代医学难治性眼病。本文重点探讨常见出血性眼病如前房积血、玻璃体积血、视网膜中央静脉阻塞、糖尿病性视网膜病变、高度近视性黄斑病变、高血压性视网膜病变出血及眼外伤眼内出血等;缺血性眼病如视网膜中央动脉阻塞、缺血性(前、后段)视神经病变、视路病变(外伤与压迫)、视中枢病变(脑梗塞,中风)及老年黄斑变性、视神经萎缩等难治、不治之证的现代医学研究现状、中医治疗现状、中西结合防治现状与前景展望。The ophthalmic blood pattern summarized to hemorrhagic ophthalmopathy, ischemic ophthalmopathy and their related clinical situations, in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the former is called sudden blindness for fulminating hemorrhage, the latter is called clear-eye blindness for lengthy ischemia, they both are stubborn disease. One discussing point in this article is common hemorrhagic diseases, such as hyphemia, vitreous hemorrhage, central retinal vein occlusion, diabetic retinopathy, high myopic maculopathy, hemorrhage for hypertensive retinitis, intraocular hemorrhage for eye injury and so on, another emphasis discussing common ischemic diseases such as central retinal artery occlusion, ischemic (anterior segment and posterior segment) optic neuropathy, diseases of optic center (compressive and traumatic), diseases of optic pathway (cerebral infarction and windstroke syndrome), senile macular degeneration, optic atrophy and so on, all these diseases are stubborn diseases or incurable diseases. It was emphatically discussed thes two kinds of diseases present situation and future outlook, including research, treatment for TCM, preventing and curing for integrated TCM and western medicine.
