眼内容除去术后一次性牙托粉球充填术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察眼内容去除术後牙托粉(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)球眼内充填术的效果。方法 将聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯制成尺寸为:12mm～21mm大小的球体于眼内容物除去术後植入眼内,制成可转动的义眼座连体,临床用于矫正15例眼内容物除去术後的眼窝畸形患者。结果 15例患者术後义眼活动自如,改善了眼窝塌陷外观,随访6～36个月,未见填充球脱落、移位及异常眼眶炎症反应。结论 聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯可广泛地运用于眼内充填。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of a new surgery of the tamponment with encapsulated ploymethylmethacrylate after evisceration. Methods Polymethylmethacrylate was made into the spheres of 12 ~21 mm as a mobile and integrated false eye after evisceration. It was applied to 15 patients with evisceration and anophthalmia. Results All sockets of 15 patients had been corrected very well and their mobility and the cosmetic appearance were excellent. After a follow-up period of 6 to 36 months, no protruding, migration or in flammation. Conclusion Polymethylmethacrylate should be wide-spreadly applied to intraocular tamponment.
