肉毒毒素肌注配合综合康复在小儿脑性瘫痪中的应用

摘　　要：目的探索肉毒杆菌毒素Ａ（ＢＴＸ　－Ａ）肌肉注射配合综合康复矫治小儿脑性瘫痪（脑瘫）功能畸形的疗效。方法４８例脑瘫患儿随机分为两组，观察组２４例，运用ＢＴＸ　－Ａ和综合康复治疗；对照组２４例，采用综合康复疗法。结果两组总有效率分别为１００％和７５％，观察组明显优于对照组（χ２＝４．７６；Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论ＢＴＸ　－Ａ肌肉注射与综合康复疗法结合治疗小儿脑瘫能明显提高疗效。Objective To study the effects of botulinum toxin A(BTX -A)intramuscular injection and compre hensive rehabilitation on correcting the cerebral function deformity in cerebral palsy(CP).Method Forty -eight patients with CP were di vided into two groups.The trial group was treated with BTX -A in jection and comprehensive rehabili tation.The control group was treate d with comprehensive rehabili-tation.Effects was evaluated by Maruofei method.Result The total effective rate of the two group was respectively 100%and 75%.There was clear difference between the two group.The trial group was better than the control troup(χ2=4.76,P<0.05).Conclusion It has positive effect that BTX -A injectio n and comprehensive rehabilitation treat cerebral palsy.
