摘　　要：１／ｆ 噪声是一种普遍存在于物理、生物、社会、医学、天文、地理等系统中的自然现象，人们为寻找它的产生机制孜孜以求近百年。虽然至今尚不能找到形成这种噪声的统一机制。但已发现１／ｆ 噪声具有一种截然不同的两面性：一方面，“过剩”的１／ｆ 噪声与系统的某些不完整性有着密切的关系，因而可以用作检测电子、机械、建筑等系统潜在缺陷；另一方面，“本征”的１／ｆ 噪声又反映了自然界的完美和和谐，将其用于音乐创作、时装设计、园艺造型、医疗保健、公共设施建设等领域。f noise is a kind of natural pheno menon thatexists in all systemssuch as physical system ,biologi cal system ,society ,medicine ,astronomical system and geological systems etc .. In order to find its generatingmechanism ,m an had been ham mering atit for up to one hundred years . Although a general mechanism on itsorigin has not been m ade clear yet ,its two entirely different aspects have been discovered during the proce dure . First,the excess part of 1/ f noise has a close relationship with the im perfections of the systems ,and forthis ,1/ f analysis can be taken as a measure of probing the latent defectsin electronic ,mechanic and architec turalsystem etc . Second ,the intrinsic 1/ f noise reflects the perfection and har mony of nature and can findwidely application in m usic writing ,fashion designing ,garden shaping ,medical care and publicinfrastruc tures construction etc .,and can bring a m ore powerful and unartificial sense of beauty to the system itself .
