摘　　要：本文介绍了采用非接触电容传感器获取检测信号 ,利用微型计算机实现塑料薄膜及涂层厚度在线测量的工作原理和过程。对微机在线测量用硬件的设计、选取和软件的设计与编制几个关键技术问题做了较为详细的讨论。文中给出了在线测量结果与结论。In this paper, the principle and process of using non-contact capacitive sensors to acquire measure signals and utilizing microcomputer to realize on-line measurement of plastic film and coat thickness are introduced. In the meantime, several critical technical questions about hardware design, selection and software design and compiling are discussed in detail. The on-line measuring results data and conclusion are also presented.
