电镜细胞化学在急性白血病分型中的应用

摘　　要：对 30例初治成人急性白血病分别进行了形态学、免疫学和电镜细胞化学检查。结果显示形态学与免疫学检查可使急性白血病的诊断准确率达 90 % ,而电镜细胞化学检查的联用使急性白血病的诊断准确率几乎达10 0 %。Thirty acute leukemia(AL) patients were characterized by morphologically,immunologically and ultrastucturally.Morphology and immunologic methods can accurately demonstrated the lineage orientation 90% of ALs.Integration with ultrastructurally analysis can define the cell nature of virturally all cases of ALs.These results suggested that the ultrastructural method might play an effect on 1ineage identification of ALs.
