摘 要:目的 探讨江门一起菌痢暴发的特异传染源。方法 对 8株福氏 2a志贺菌进行RAPD分析。结果 此次菌痢暴发期间分离的 8株福氏 2a志贺菌具有两种不同的RAPD特征 (RTⅠ、RTⅡ型 ) ,其中 2株病例密切接触者分离株J9810 1(RTⅡ型 )和J982 6(RTⅠ型 )分属不同克隆。结论 本次暴发偶合有部分散发病例。相对于质粒分析而言 ,RAPD分析具有更高的分辨率 ,它提供的遗传学信息更为丰富、直接。Aim To explore the special source of shigellosis infection outbreak in Jiangmen.Methods RAPD analysis was carried out on 8 strains of S.flexneri 2a.Results There were two different RAPD patterns in 8 of S.flexneri 2a (RTⅠ?RTⅡ),among them,two contact strains,J98101 and J9826,belong to different clones,RTⅠand RTⅡ,suggesting that some patients,who were included in the outbreak event by coincidence,were not true outbreak cases.Conclusion There were some sporadic cases which were included in the outbreak by chronological and special coincidence.RAPD analysis had high distinguish ability and could provide more direct,rich and precise genetic information than plasmid profile analysis.
