摘　　要：介入治疗在肺癌的综 合治疗中日益受到人们的重视。本文在叙述了经支气管动脉灌注和栓塞的适应证、随访、支气管动脉解剖要点和疗效评价后,对经肺动脉灌注、经皮穿刺肿块内注射和物理疗法、上腔静脉和气管支气管阻塞的支架治疗等作了简单的介绍。Interventional ra-diclogical therapy is playing a more and more important role in the combined modality for lung cancer. This article reviews bronchial arterial infusion and embolization for lung cancer with emphases on the indications, follow up, bronchial arterial anatomy, and the result. Trans-pulmonary arterial infusion, percutaneous intratumoral injection, thermal therapy or cryo-therapy, stenting of the superial vena cava or tracheobronchial tree obstruction, etc, are also briefly introduced.
