眼球挫伤后继发青光眼的临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨眼球挫伤后继发青光眼的病因及早期诊断。方法　回顾性分析了 84例眼挫伤后继发性青光眼的临床资料 ,探讨继发性青光眼的原因、发生时间及与眼外伤的关系。结果　挫伤后继发青光眼与外伤性白内障、超过 180°范围的房角后退、虹膜损伤和晶状体异位有高度的一致性。这 4种原因中的 2种存在于所有病例中。结论　眼球挫伤的正确处理 ,长时间密切随访观察 ,以尽可能早地预防视力损害。Objective To investigate the etiology secondary glaucoma after ocular contusion and early diagnosis of traumatic secondary glaucoma.Methods Prospectively reviewing 84 consecutive patients of blunt secondary glaucoma,its couses,time of onset and the relationship with the ocular contusion were analyzed.Results There was very high correlation of post contusion glaucoma with traumatic cataract,angle recession of more than 180°,significant injures to the iris and displacement of the lens.Two of these four clinical features were present in all cases.Conclusion We would like to highlight the fact that patients presenting to a ocular contusion with the etiology of secondary glaucoma,should be closely followed up to detect a secondary glaucoma as early as possible,preventing visual damage.
