糖尿病人角膜缘隧道切口超声乳化术临床观察

摘　　要：目的　了解糖尿病人采用角膜缘隧道切口超声乳化白内障吸出联合人工晶状体植入术的疗效和并发症。方法　对5 6例手术进行回顾性研究。结果　术后 1月裸眼视力≥ 1 0者 7例占 12 5 % ;0 5～ 0 9者 18例占 32 14 % ;0 3～ 0 4者 2 2例占39 2 8% ;<0 3者 9例占 16 0 7%。术后并发症少。结论　糖尿病人采用角膜缘隧道切口超声乳化白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入术较巩膜隧道切口手术的并发症明显减少 ,术后视力恢复结果基本相同 ,提示糖尿病人更为适合角膜缘隧道切口手术。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and complication of phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation through a limbus tunnel incision to diabetic cataract.Methods Phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation through a limbus incision was performed on 56 eyes of 56 diabetic patients with cataract.Results The postoperative visual acuity in 7 eyes were >1.0 (12.5%),0.5～0.9 in 18 eyes (32.14%) ,0.3～0.4 in 22 eyes (39.28%) and in 9 eyes(16.07%) at one month.The postoperative complications were avoided.Conclusion The postoperative acuity was almost the same as compared between limbus tunnel incision and the scleral tunnel incision.The postoperative complications were less in the limbus tunnel incision than that in the scleral tunnel incision.In cases of diabetes with cataract,the phacoemulsification through a limbus tunnel incision is indicated.
