真皮包埋羟基磷灰石二期眼窝内植入的观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨用自体真皮组织包埋羟基磷灰石二期眼窝内植入治疗无自体巩膜眼窝凹陷畸形的效果。方法　将羟基磷灰石置于肌锥内 ,取自体下腹部真皮组织将其覆盖 ,复位缝合四直肌 ,再覆盖眼球筋膜及球结膜。结　果　观察 2 3例 ,除 2例结膜伤口轻度裂开经药物治疗痊愈外 ,未见其它不良反应。结论　自体真皮包埋羟基磷灰石眼窝内植入不发生排斥反应 ,术后外观满意 ,并发症少 。Objective To study the effects of the secondary intraorbital autodermic embedding hydroxyapatite implant treating the invagination of eye socket without autosclera.Methods To put hydroxyapatite in muscular funnel,got autodermic tissue on lower abdomen four rectus muscles were sutured together and the Tennos′s capsule and bulbar conjunctiva were covered on it.Results This technique was performed on 23 cases.There were no bad effections except 2 cases whose conjunctival dehiscence recovered by the treatment of medicine.Conclusions The rejection phenomenon did not happened in the cases of intraorbital autodermic embedding hydroxyapatite implant and satisfied outward appearance was obtained and the complications was reduced.It is the one of ideal operation technique for the treatment of the deformity of eye socket without autosclera.
