玉米花粉黄酮类物质对清除自由基的作用

摘　　要：用比色法和化学发光法研究了玉米黄酮的抗氧化作用。结果表明 ,玉米花粉黄酮类物质浓度在0 0 0 5mg mL开始对OH·-自由基有清除作用 ,并随浓度的增加而加强 ,浓度从 0 0 0 1mg mL起 ,对 O·2 自由基有清除作用 ,其作用也随浓度增加而加强。研究表明 。The antiperoxidant activity of maize pollen flavoniod was studied by using chemiluminescence and colorimetric estimation methods. The results were as follows: Maize pollen flavonoid effectively inhibited OH· - formation at the concentration of 0 005mg/mL, then inhibiting effects increases with flavonoid content raised Flavonoid at concentration of 0.001 mg/mL shown elimination effect on · 2, the inhibitory percenge increases, as the flavonoid content increased. The present study suggest that maize pollen flavonoid may be used as antioxidant.
