摘　　要：目的　评估骶骨肿瘤的术前动脉栓塞的应用价值。方法　 7例骶骨肿瘤患者在术前 2～ 4天采用明胶海绵结合弹簧栓及丝线栓塞。结果　所有病灶均完全切除 ,术中出血量明显降低。平均随访 11个月 ,未见严重并发症和局部复发。结论　骶骨肿瘤的术前动脉栓塞能有效降低术中出血 。Objective To study and evaluate the efficacy of transcatheter arterial embolization in the treatment of sacral tumors. Methods Seven cases of sacral tumor were embolized with gelfoam,silk sutures or stainless coils 2 to 4 days before operation. Results All sacral lesions were excised completely;the amount of the intraoperative bleeding was markedly reduced. All cases were followed up for 11 months. Neither serious complications nor recurrence of the tumour was found. Conclusion Preoperative arterial embolization is effective in decreasing intraoperative blood loss and complications.
