贞芪扶正口服液防治化疗毒副反应40例  

40 Cases on Prevent and Treatment of Toxic Side-effect after Chemotherapy by Zhengqifuzheng Delicious

摘　　要：以贞芪扶正口服液配合化疗治疗 4 0例中晚期恶性肿瘤患者 ,并与单纯化疗 2 6例作对照 ,观察两组化疗完成率、毒副反应发生率、细胞免疫功能等。结果 ,治疗组化疗完成率 92 .5 % ,高于对照组 76.9% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而毒副反应发生率低于对照组(P <0 .0 5 ) ,卡氏评分高于对照组(P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组CD3 和CD4 /CD8比值升高。提示 ,贞芪扶正口服液对化疗有增效减毒作用 ,并能改善患者生活质量 。The test group,40 cancer patients of moderate and advanced stage treated by chemotherapy plus zhengqifuzheng delicious,and the control group,26 cancer patients treated by chemotherapy alone.The chemotherapy complete rates (CCR),the toxic side-effect cause rates,and the immunological function of the cell in the two groups were obserred.The CCR in the test group (92.5%)were higher than that of the control group(76.9%,P<0.05).However,the toxic side-effect caused by chemotherapy in the test group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the karnofsdy scoring were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).CD 3 and the ratio of CD 4/CD 8 were obviously raised in the test group.Zhengqifuzheng delicious could enhance the efficacy and reduce the toxic side-effect of chemotherapy and the living quality were improved.Modulation of the cell immunological function is possibly its mechanism.
