摘　　要：企业的生产活动是由三大因素组成 :资产、劳动和技术 .本文从企业委托人拥有资产 ,代理人付出劳动 ,技术为中性出发 ,讨论企业的多期委托代理关系 .文中从委托人所拥有企业资产的折损和增添出发 ,建立委托代理关系的动态规划模型 ,并对委托人和代理人的理性行为和收益特征进行分析 .在分析中可以看出 ,委托人对未来投资的边际收益率的期望值起了极其重要的作用 .Capital, labour and technology are three key elements of enterprise production. This paper discusses the polyperiod principal-agent relation of enterprise on the base that principal possess capital while agent carry on labour. We establish dynamic programming model of principal-agent relation, analyse rational behavior and profit character of principal and agent, and obtain the result that the expect investment marginal profit of principal is very important.
