摘　　要：论述了建立和实施质量、环境、职业安全与卫生等一体化管理体系的思路和方法,提出了体系的框架结构、实施步骤以及注意事项。The train of thought and methods to build and implement an integrated management system are discussed in the paper,which con sists of quality,environment,occu pational health and safety.At the same time,It puts forward the frame,steps and points for attention to imp lement this system.
