中小企业在二板市场融资的利弊分析

摘　　要：从中小企业融资的角度 ,结合已基本成型的我国二板市场发展思路 ,分析了中小企业在二板市场融资的利弊 ,并且提出了对于那些希望上市的企业 ,应该在哪些方面做好准备。Taking into consideration the specific conditions of small- and medium-sized enterprises in China, this paper analyses the emerging Second Board market in the country, warning that small and medium companies will have to be cautious, judging the hour and sizing up the situation. A few recommendations are offered for the small and medium companied to develop advantages and remove disadvantages when financing on such a market.
