山西瘦肉型猪SD-Ⅱ系生长发育性状遗传参数估测

摘　　要：用单元内父系半同胞组内相关法估测了山西瘦肉型猪SD—Ⅱ系生长发育性状的遗传参数 ,结果表明 :(1)6月龄胸围、腿围遗传力较低 ,分别为 0 135和 0 130 ;初生重、断奶重、 70日龄重、 4月龄体重、 6月龄体重、 6月龄体高、 6月龄体长和 6月龄平均背膘厚的遗传力较高 ,分别为 0 44 7、 0 439、 0 32 7、 0 434、 0 2 92、 0 380、0 30 3、0 5 63。 (2 )遗传相关中 ,断奶重、 6月龄体重与其它性状间呈中等或强的正相关 。Intra-Unit paternal half-sib correlation method was used to estimate the genetics parameters of the growth and development traits of Shanxi lean-type swine (SD-Ⅱstrain). The results were as fellows: (1) The heritability of the chest girth and half circumference of thigh at the age of 6 months was low, which were 0 135 and 0 130 respectively. The heritablity of weight at birth, weaning weight, 70-days-old body weight, 4-months-old body weight, body weight, body height, body length and average backfat thickness at the age of 6 months were relatively high, which were 0 447, 0 439, 0 327, 0 434, 0 292, 0 380, 0 303, 0 563 respectively. (2) As for genetic correlations, there were middle or high positive correlations between the weaning weight and other traits. The positive genetic correlations between the body weight at the 6 age of months and other traits also were middle or high. So weaning weight and the body weight at the age of 6 months should be as the main selected traits in the breeding process.
