眶部肿瘤CT诊断的临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨常见眶部肿瘤的CT表现。方法　对经手术病理或临床治疗证实的 5 2例眶部肿瘤的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果　脉管性肿瘤 10例、炎性假瘤 11例、先天性肿瘤 12例、泪腺肿瘤 3例、视网膜母细胞瘤 10例、黑色素瘤 3例、淋巴瘤 2例、神经鞘瘤 1例。对它们的发生部位、形态、边缘、密度、眶骨改变、眼球壁改变及眶周受累情况进行了分析。结论　结合发病年龄、临床表现及CT所提供的信息 ,可以对大多数眶部肿瘤作出定性诊断。Objective To explore the CT findings of common orbital neoplasmas. Methods The CT findings of fifty two orbital neoplasmas verified by pathology or clinical treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results 10 vascular tumors, 11 inflammatory pseudotumors, 12 congenital tumors,3 lacrimal gland tumors, 10 retinoblastomas, 3 melanomas, 2 lymphomas and 1 neurolemoma. Analyzing of the site, the shape, the margin and the attenuation of them, and also the changes of the wall of the eyeball and the orbital bone were made. Conclusion Qualitative diagnosis can be made with the help of the CT and clinical findings to a certain extend.
