摘 要:目的 了解青少年睡眠质量的现状。方法 利用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数 (PSQI)调查表 ,对 12 9位青少年和 2 1位成年人进行调查。结果 ①本次调查总体男女比较和青少年性别比较 ,差异均无显著意义。②成年人睡眠时间少于青少年 ,睡眠障碍指标则明显高于青少年。③学历和专业对青少年的睡眠状况影响不大。④本次调查中发现影响青少年睡眠质量的主要因素为上网、学习紧张等 ;青少年睡眠不足或不佳时 ,会出现注意力不能集中、烦躁、易怒、记忆困难和厌食等 ;多数被调查者都认为睡眠是非常重要的。结论 应保证青少年有充足的睡眠时间 ,重点预防影响青少年的睡眠质量的有关因素。Objective To know the status of sleeping quality of teen agers.Methods By applying questionnaires designed with Pittsburgh Sleeping Quality Index(PSQI),129 teen agers and 21 adults were surveyed.Results the data of this study showed:①There was no significant difference between females and males in the whole population or in teen agers.②The sleeping hours of adults were less than that of the teen agers'.Nonetheless,the sleeping disability indices were significantly higher than those of the teen agers'.③The sleeping status was not greatly influenced by the education level or specialty.④Some major factors(such as internet surfing,study anxiety etc.)investigated in this study could influence the sleeping quality of teen agers;symptoms like aprosexia,dysphoria,irritability,hypomnesia appeared in the case of lacking sleep;the majority of being surveyed realized the importance of sleeping quality.Conclusion It is important to ensure teen agers enough sleep,especially to prevent the influential factor to their quality of sleep.
