摘  要:研究了培养基的配方、培养条件和培养时间对海洋青霉M 1 82菌株产生抗真菌活性物质 (M 1 82A)的影响 ,以期获得高效价的M 1 82A。结果表明 :用海水配制经改良的高氏1号培养基 (高氏 1号 +0 1 %蛋白胨 +2 %海带汁 ) ,2 8℃培养 96~ 1 0 8h ,M 1 82A的相对效价最高。The effects of components in medium culture condition and culture time on antifungi bioactive agents (M-182A) of marine Penicillium spp.M-182 strain were researched.We hoped that we could get high-potency of M-182A.The results showed that the highest relative potency was obtained when M-182 strain was cultured with the improved starch-nitrate potassium medium prepared with seawater.M-182 strain was cultured at 28℃ for 96~108h.The improved starch-nitrate potassium medium was starch-nitrate potassium and 0.1% peptone and 2% kelp juice.
