摘 要:目的研究肺癌细胞株表皮生长因子受体基因 (EGFRgene)mRNA与多药耐药性相关蛋白基因—MRP基因 (MRPgene)mRNA表达相关性。 方法原位分子杂交技术检测耐药性 /非耐药性肺癌细胞株EGFR、MRP基因mRNA表达。 结果耐药性 /非耐药性肺癌细胞株均有不同程度EGFR、MRP基因mRNA表达 ,其表达与肺癌细胞株耐药性相关 ,且EGFR和MRP基因mRNA表达有明显相关性。 结论EGFR基因与MRP基因密切相关并影响肺癌细胞耐药性。Objective To explore the expression relationship between epidermal growth factor receptor gene (EGFR gene) mRNA and multi-drug resistance associated protein gene (MRP gene) mR NA in the lung cancer cell lines. Methods The expression of EGFR and MRP gene mRNA in drug resistance/non-drug resistance lung cancer cell lines were determined by in situ hybridization. Results Drug resistance/non-drug resistance lung cancer cell lines were found to have expression of EGFR and MRP gene mRNA, the expression level was relatively and nearly related with drug resistance, and the expression of EGFR, MRP gene mRNA had relationship obviously. Conclusion EGFR gene had relationship with MRP gene and is related with drug resistance in lung cancer.
