神经骨管松解术治疗三叉神经Ⅱ、Ⅲ支痛的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的　 为寻求一种治疗三叉神经痛的理想方法 ,使其既达到治愈三叉神经痛 ,又不出现面部麻木后遗症。方法　 根据三叉神经痛患支走行骨管 ,局麻下行患支骨管扩管术 ,充分游离神经血管束。结果　 术后随访 68例病人 1～ 5年 ,近期有效率达 93.5 % ,远期有效率达 83.47% ,无 1例并发症发生。结论　 该手术方法简单易掌握 ,无严重并发症发生 ,疗效确切 ,治疗失败后不影响使用其他方法治疗 。Objective To explore an ideal method to treat trigeminal neuralgia without any sequelae of facial numbness.Methods Bone tube dilatation was performed with local anethesia to fully free the neural vascular bundles according to the actual situation of the pathologic branches.Results The follow-up surveys for 1～5 years have showed that the short-term effective rate was 93.5% and the long-term effective rate was 83.47%,and that no complications were found after treatment.Conclusion This kind of treatment deserves to be widely used for its good curative effect, no occurrence of complication, simple operation and no bad influece on other kinds of treatment even after its failure.
