摘　　要：目的　 探讨乳腺癌的 CT表现 ,提高对乳腺癌的诊断水平。方法　 对 35例乳腺癌患者进行CT检查。结果　 乳腺癌的 CT表现分为肿块型和浸润型 ;导管牵拉征 5例 ,累及库柏氏韧带 3例 ;增强扫描后 CT值增加 5 0 HU以上。结论　Objective To study the CT expressions of mammary cancer so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods 35 cases of mammary cancer were examined with CT.Results The CT expressions of mammary cancer fell into 2 types:lump and infiltration.Duct traction syndrome was found in 5 cases and cooper's ligament invasion in 3 cases.The CT values rose by more than 50 Hu after the enchanced scanning.Conclusion CT scanning of mammary cancer contributes to the discovery and diagnosis of mammary cancer.
