一次性根管充填加根尖切除治疗慢性根尖瘘管临床观察

摘　　要：目的　 观察一次性根管充填加根尖切除术治疗慢性根尖瘘管的临床疗效。方法　 对慢性根尖瘘管进行常规根充后 ,即刻行根尖切除术。结果　 治疗 5 6颗患牙 ,随访 2～ 3年 ,总成功率83.9%。结论 :一次性根管充填加根尖切除术治疗慢性根尖瘘管 ,疗程短 ,治疗效果确切 ,操作简单 ,治愈率高。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of applying the permanent root canal filling and apicoetomy to the treatment of chronic apical fistula.Methods Apicoectomy was performed immediately after the permanent root canal filling.Results The 2～3 years of follow-up surveys showed that 83.9% of the 56 teeth treated in this way got good therapeutic effects.Conclusion The combined use of permanent root canal filling and apicoetomy has provecl to be an simple and effective method in the rapid treatment of chronic apical fistula.
