摘　　要：目的：介绍应用外固定支架固定四肢骨良性肿瘤并发的病理性骨折；方法：应用外固定支架Ⅰ期固定骨折、并清除病灶，自体髂骨植骨；结果：骨折愈合时间２～４个月，患肢功能恢复满意；结论：应用外固定支架固定四肢骨良性肿瘤并发的骨折，便于早期清除病灶和植骨，缩短愈合时间，并能提早功能锻炼，有利于康复。Objective: To introduce the application of external fixture in treatment of pathologic fracture with limb bone osteoma. Methods:To applicate externai fixture to stabilize fracture early and clean out the nidus,autogenous ili- ac bone grafting.Results:Fracture cured in 2-4 months, limb function recover satisfied. Conclusion: Using external fixture stabilization of limb bone osteoma pathologic fracture in order to clean out the nidus and bone grafting at early stage.It also can shorten cured time and promote function exercise,beneficial to health.
