摘 要:测定了原狭蚌虫的一般营养成分及氨基酸组份、含量(干基中含蛋白质50.72%;脂肪2.14%;钙9740mg/100g;磷660mg/100g;氨基酸总含量31.29%;必需氨基酸15.06%非必需氨基酸16.23%)。列表比较了原狭蚌虫与鱼粉、虾糠粉、豆饼、花生饼、蛤仔粉的营养成分含量。它清楚的表明了原狭蚌虫能够成为一种新的动物蛋白源而用于鱼虾类的饲料中。The present paper deals with the compositions and contents of the common nutrition and amino acid of Eoleptestheria (the content of protein is 50.72% ;lipid-2.14% ;calcmm-9740mg/100g;,phosphorus-660mg/100g;the total contents of amino acid are 31.29%,among which the content of essential amino acid is 15.06% ?of nonessential amino acid is 16.23% ) Two tables and two figures are given to compare the nutritional compositions and amino acid contents of Eoleptestheria with those of fish meal,shrimp meal,soya-bean cake,peanut cake and clam meal The results show clearly that Eoleptes-theria can be utilized as a new source of animal protein for feeding materials to fish and prawns.
