摘　　要：对 12t转炉采用溅渣护炉技术的工艺研究和实践进行了总结 ,实践表明 :小转炉采用溅渣护炉技术 ,只要运用合理 ,同样能大幅度提高炉龄 ,降低耐火材料消耗 ,提高转炉作业率 。Through practice and research on the protection process of 12t converter lining by slag splashing,it has been proved to be a effective way in prolonging converter campaign,lowering consumptions of refractories and increasing utilization rate of converter.Remarkable economical effects have been obtained.
