摘　　要：光电耦合器件 (CCD)的应用越来越广泛。文章对线阵 CCD在机械测量方面的应用进行了一些总结。较系统地总结了机械系统在线测量中常用的方法 ,并简单介绍了 CCD测量系统的主要部分以及 CCD输出信号处理的一些方法。最后 ,对The application of CCD(charged coupled device)is more and more widely.In the paper,some applications were summarized in the mechanical measurement and some common means used in the mechanical system on line measurement were systematized.The paper also discuses the main part of the measurement system and some methods how to process the signal of CCD.Finally,abbreviated comments and developing tendency of the on line precision measurement using CCD are given.
