能量可控陡脉冲对离体肿瘤组织杀伤作用的观察

摘　　要：目的：证实能量可控陡脉冲对离体肿瘤组的杀伤作用。方法：利用能量可控陡脉冲对临床上确诊的手术离体新鲜肿瘤组织作肿瘤杀伤的对比观察。结果：显示为肿瘤组织体积缩小，组织学证实肿瘤细胞凝固性或液化性坏死，细胞结构模糊不清，核固缩、核碎裂、核溶解，肿瘤血管变性坏死。结论：能量可控陡脉冲具有确切的杀灭肿瘤细胞作用。Objective: To demonstrate injuring effect of energy controllable steep pulses on tumor tissues. Methods : Energy controllable steep pulses were used to observe the injuring effect on tumor tissues clearly diagnosed and cut from patients' bodies by operation. Results : The volumes of the treated tumors shrank and histological assay showed coagulative or colliquative necrosis of tumor cells. Cellular structure was obscured. There was pyknosis, karyorrhexis and karyolysis. Blood vessels of tumors showed degeneration and necrosis. Conclusion: Energy controllable steep pulses have injuring effect on tumor cells.
