摘  要:目的  了解骨螺科脉红螺循环系统的解剖学形态结构。方法  将新鲜脉红螺活体状态下灌注10%~20%聚氯乙烯四氢呋喃溶液(内溶有红色染料)跟踪解剖观察。结果  脉红螺心脏位于左侧中部、鳃肾和肝脏交汇处,呈椭圆型,左侧腹内发出总动脉,分支至螺体各器官,构成动脉系统,到达螺体各组织间隙即血窦后,再通过血窦和静脉回到肾和鳃,经鳃静脉回至心耳,并对心肌纤维的超微结构进行了观察。结论  脉红螺循环系统有心脏、动脉系统、血窦、静脉系统和血液组成。Objective To know the anatomic shape and strcture of circulatory system of Rapana vensa. Method During live state of fresh Rapana vensa to fill in 10%~20% poly chotoethylene hydrofuran. Colution with in red dye and follow anatomic observation.Results The heart of Rapana venda lies in left side middle part, at the junction site of goll kidney and liver. It likes ellipae shape. It gives off common artory at left abdominal surface. Its branches reach iinto each organ of Rapana venosa' s body. These make up arterious system. Blood reach into the tissue interspace of Rapana vensa' s body (blood sinse). then return to the kidndy and gill by blood sinuse and vein, return to cardie auride by gill vein. To Observe the suprastructure of cardic fiber. Conclusion The circulatory system of Rapana vensa is composed of heart, arterious system, blood sinse, venous system and blood.
