摘　　要：目的 :探讨头颈部动静脉瘘的手术及栓塞治疗效果。方法 :回顾性分析 74例头颈部动静脉瘘的手术与栓塞治疗 ;手术治疗 14例其中颈动脉结扎 2例、瘘口孤立 5例、铜丝填塞 6例、颅内眼上静脉夹闭 1例 ;可脱球囊栓塞治疗 6 0例。结果 :手术治疗的 14例 ,治愈 6例 ,好转 6例 ,复发 1例 ,死亡 1例 ;可脱球囊血管内栓塞治疗 6 0例 ,治愈 5 9例 ,好转 1例。结论 :头颈部动静脉瘘的治疗方法中 ,血管内栓塞应作为首选的治疗方法。Objective:To explore the results of the head-neck fistula of the treated by surgical and embolic therapy.Methods:The treatment of 74 cases of AVFs of the head and neek treated by surgical and embolic therapy retrospectively.Among this cases,2 are treated with carotid artery ligation,5 with isolating operation of the fistula,6 with imbedding of copper wire,1 with clipping of the intracranial supraophthalmic vein,60 with detachable balloon embolism.Results:14 cases performed operations,6 cases are cured completely,6 cases recover partially 1 and 1 in death.Among 60 cases treated with detachable balloon embolism,59 cases are cured completely and 1 cases recover partially.Conclusion:By endovascular embolism,more than 95 percent of the intracranial AVFs can be cured completely.This method is the first choice for therapy.
