摘  要:目的 研究未成年期视觉剥夺引起鸡眼球近视性发育的变化 ,从中探讨与人类近视相似的机制。方法 新出生小鸡分 3组 :1组孵出第 2天缝合左侧眼睑后再分Ⅰ组生长到 2周 (鸡龄 2周 ) ,Ⅱ组生长到 8周 (鸡龄 8周 ) ;另 1组为Ⅲ组生长到第 8周后缝合左侧眼睑 ,经 8周后 (鸡龄 16周 )打开缝合眼睑 ,测量屈光度 ,眼球径 (前后及赤道径 )。结果 近视程度 :Ⅰ组 >Ⅱ组 >Ⅲ组 ;3组缝合眼眼球前后径的增长大于赤道径 ,3组眼球径增长率的比较 ,差异并不明显。结论 成年前期的不同发育期鸡视觉剥夺均可引起眼球生长近视化 ,但易感程度不同 ,生长早期视觉干扰对眼球生长影响明显高于少年期 ,如早期长期干扰视觉 ,肌体可能有部分代偿性机制的发生。ObjectiveThe influence of visual form deprivation on immatured chickens.MethodsNeonatal chickens were divided into three groups.After the left eyelids of one group were sutured on the 2 nd day of being hatched,they were divided once more into another two groups,this is,Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ.During growth period,both groups with their left eyelids sutured again grow respectively in 2 and 8 weeks.By contrast,the 3 rd group (Ⅲ) were not sutured on their left eyelids till 8 weeks after being hatched,then allowed 8 weeks' growth.The diameter and refraction of sutured eyes and opposite eyes of each group were measured and recorded.ResultThe axial elongation and myopia could occur on the sutured eyes of juvenile and adolescent chickens (immatured).the myopic response of the sutured eye in the 3 groups was varied as Group Ⅰ>Ⅱ>Ⅲ;the axial eye elongations of every group were more obvious than that of their equator diameters.However,there was no obvious difference on growth rate of eye diameters,as compared among three groups.ConclusionThe chickens are susceptible of visual form deprivation in stages before adulthood (juvenile period),although the susceptibility differs to some degree.The visual form deprivation in early stage of life can have more obvious effect on ocular growth than that of juvenile.In addition vision deprivation early and long term would induce compensatory mechanism.This result of the study suggests that the myopic mechanism of chicken can be applied to throw light on that of human myopia.
