摘　　要：目的 :探讨年龄、性别、高血脂、高血糖与脂肪肝的关系。方法 :对石家庄市机关事业单位 12 30例体检人员中经 B超证实的脂肪肝患者 335例和 2 13例健康者进行相关因素分析。结果 :脂肪肝发生率中、老年组明显高于青年组 ,男性患病率显著高于女性。脂肪肝患者血脂、血糖明显高于对照组。结论 :脂肪肝与年龄、性别、高血脂、高血糖等密切相关。Objective: It is to discuss the relationship of fatty liver with age, sex, high plasma lipids and high plasma glucose. Methods:The related factors of 335 fatty liver patients diagnosed by ultrasonic type-B sanning and 213 healthy people were analyzed in 1230 people of Shijiazhuang office who were given physical examination. Results:The rate of fatty liver of middle and old ages group was higher than that of young age group. The rate of fatty liver of male patients was higher than that of female patients. The levels of plasma glucose of fatty liver patients were higher than those in contrast group.Conclusion:Fatty liver is closely related with age, sex, high plasma lipids and high plasma glucose.
