摘　　要：采用理论与实践相结合的方法 ,讨论了资金时间价值原理在现代公司理财中的具体应用 。By combination of theory with practice, the application of the principle of the time value of money to the modern corporate finance is discussed in this paper. This is helpful for financial managers to understand the theory of the time value of money.
