氩激光联合活血散瘀中药治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的 :评价氩激光联合活血散瘀中药治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法 :氩激光联合活血散瘀中药治疗组 4 0眼和单纯氩激光治疗组 30眼 ,随访 6～ 12月 ,观察视力、视网膜出血和黄斑水肿变化并行统计分析。结果 :联合中药治疗组患者和单纯氩激光光凝组治疗前后视力均有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5) ,治疗后两组最后视力比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 5) ,前者较后者视力进步明显。而且联合中药治疗出血吸收情况明显优于前组 (P<0 .0 5) ,并且两组黄斑水肿发生率治疗前后均有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5) ,虽然治疗 6月后两组黄斑水肿发生率无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5) ,但后者较前者发生率低。结论 :氩激光光凝联合活血散瘀中药治疗更能促使视网膜分支静脉阻塞患者的出血吸收、黄斑水肿减轻及视功能的改善 。Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Argon laser photocoagulation for branch vein occlusion with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:70 eyes of branch vein occlusion were randomly distributed into two groups,40 eyes were treated by Argon laser photocoagulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine and 30 eyes by Argon laser photocoagulation.Changes of visual acuity ,retinal hemorrhage and macular edema have been examined and analyzed statistically followed up6-12 months.Results: Visual acuity and retinal hemorrhage absorption were improved in both groups and much obviously in the group treated by Argon laser photocoagulation with traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.05)。At the same time,the incidence of macular edema was lower in the traditional Chinese medicine plus group though there was no difference at 6 months post therapeutically in both groups(P>0.05). Conclusions:It is more effective in the treatment of branch vein occlusion by Argon laser photocoagulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine which improves visual function,promotes retinal hemorrhage absorption and alleviates macular edema.
